Captain Jack Sanzalone is the primary instructor and an Approved and Certified USCG Instructor and Assessor.. He has over 41 years of boating and leadership experience on both large and small vessels up to 18,000 GT. He is also the current president of the Maritime Education Standards Counsel (MESC). COURSE DESCRIPTIONS OUPV CAPTAINS LICENSE (6 PACK CAPTAINS LICENSE)


THE OUPV LICENSE allows the transport of up to six passengers on an uninspected vessel.

Two licenses: OUPV Inland: Allows operation of an uninspected vessel carrying up to six passengers on inland waters only. Near Coastal: Allows operation of an uninspected vessel carrying up to six passengers up to 100 miles off shore.

Great Lakes Endorsement: If you have 90 days of your total sea time on the Great Lakes, you will be eligible for this endorsement USGC Approved OUPV
