About
The Jennifer Claire Moore Foundation’s mission is providing programs, services, and resources across Baldwin County communities that support the social and emotional well-being of our youth. The Jennifer Claire Moore Foundation's vision is to create a compassionate and informed community that instills positive mental health and resiliency in Baldwin County youth for generations to come. For more than 20 years, the Jennifer Claire Moore Foundation has been working with K-12 schools in Baldwin County, Alabama to provide the Peer Helpers Program — a comprehensive peer-to-peer prevention and support program, which operates with a cloud-based, online support tool. Our mission is to empower students to be academically, socially, and emotionally successful; to recognize and resolve conflict; to value diversity; and to be advocates for positive change and healthy choices.
