ZYDECO & CRAWFISH FESTIVAL POSTER CONTEST
Contest Timeline:
Poster art must be submitted and delivered before February 5, 2020 to:
Gulf Coast Arts Alliance
225 E. 24th Avenue
Gulf Shores, AL 36542
(if you opt to mail your submission in, PO Box 4153, Gulf Shores, AL 36547)
Poster contest winner will be selected and notified prior to February 28, 2020. Non-winning submission may be picked up at the GCAA prior to March 21, 2020. After March 21, all unclaimed artwork will become the property of the GCAA.
Contest Rules:
Poster artwork must include the following elements:
Festival Date – April 4th , 2020
Festival Name – Zydeco & Crawfish Festival
Festival Location – Waterway Village / Gulf Shores, Alabama
Poster Size – 18 inches by 24 inches, with a vertical layout, must have a border
area
Submission needs to be done on paper, poster board or canvas and in a medium
that can easily be scanned and reproduced if chosen as the winner.
The winning artist will receive a one-time payment of $500.00. If artist is under the age of 18, artist must have a parent’s signature on contract to receive prize money. The winning artist agrees to relinquish ownership of artwork. The winning artwork becomes sole property of Gulf Coast Arts Alliance and the Zydeco & Crawfish Festival and may be used in any manner the GCAA desires without further compensation to the artist.
