Tee Off at The Wharf - Suite A101
- Will serve as the anchor tenant at Portside on Main with approximately 6,000 square feet on the ground floor of the two-level development. The Gulf Coast’s largest swing suites powered by Top Golf will offer five swing suites with an unparalleled ambiance for adults and children of all ages.
This attraction will join 11 other merchants who will occupy 91% of the first floor upon opening.
Portside on Main will consist of over 33,000 square feet of retail, office and entertainment space, in addition to approximately 26,000 square feet of green and open space which will include an outdoor stage. The original Wharf Main Street property stands at 99% occupancy for the summer season. Portside on Main will add approximately 22 merchants and office tenants to The Wharf offerings.
