Baldwin County, Alabama, July 14, 2020 – The Baldwin County Probate Office will be open this Saturday, July 18 from 8:00AM until 12:00PM in Bay Minette, Robertsdale, Foley and Fairhope. Customers will be seen on a first come, first served basis.

Officials encourage those with outstanding transactions dating back to March to come in to prevent late penalties. The main purpose of opening on Saturday is to handle transactions that must be completed in person including out-of-state vehicle purchases, mandatory liability insurance issues, and casual sales of vehicles. Other transactions can be handled by mail or online: https://baldwincountyal.gov/Government/probate/probate-online-services.

Judge Harry D’Olive: “The Probate Office’s extended Saturday hours were a success last weekend. Many customers expressed their gratitude for this option. We are pleased to offer another Saturday opening this weekend on July 18 and appreciate everyone following the safety recommendations and measures in place in our facilities.”

CDC guidelines for social distancing are in place. Masks are recommended and anyone who is sick or has been in contact with a COVID-19 positive person should not enter the building.
