Proposed Bylaws Changes

The Coastal Alabama Business Chamber is proposing changes to the bylaws to restructure the Chamber board of directors' and officers' terms of service. The goal of these changes is to help create more continuity among the chamber's leadership to better support the organization's growing, diverse membership and increasing mission; and to improve the support of our comprehensive work plan.

As prescribed by the Bylaws:

• A short meeting of the membership will occur at the Friday, November 3rd First Friday Forum event at the Orange Beach Event Center.

• On Monday, November 6th the membership will vote electronically through a link sent via email blast.
