Foley, AL – August 12, 2019 – Community Senior Life is pleased to announce the appointment of Robin Sweet as Executive Director of Live Oak Village. In this capacity, Robin will manage all business operations and oversee staff development. As an Administrator, Robin will focus on total compliance with federal, state, and local policies and procedures that govern long-term care facilities to assure that each resident receives the necessary nursing, medical, and psychosocial services to attain and maintain the highest possible mental and physical functional status.
“I am so proud of Robin. She came to Live Oak Village working as a Personal Care Attendant. She has earned her way to the position of Executive Director,” said Nick Wilmott, Vice President of Operations. “Her intimate involvement with our care staff, as Business Office Manager and as Marketing Director have positioned her to be the best person to oversee the care and responsibility of our residents at Live Oak Village.”
Robin has been with Community Senior Life serving Live Oak Village since 2016. Prior to working with Community Senior Life, she spent 11 years working with Hospice and Skilled Nursing facilities in Columbus, IN. In 2018, Robin earned her Alabama Assisted Living Administrator License I & II.
