Groundbreaking Ceremony for Waterway West Village District Phase One - Legendary Marina

Gulf Shores, AL - Legendary Marina and Yacht Club will host a groundbreaking ceremony for their newest development of the Waterway West Village District on Friday May 27th at 11 a.m. located at 350 Waterway West Blvd, Gulf Shores, AL 36542.

The groundbreaking ceremony will mark the first phase of the multi-purpose development that will serve as the hub for the Waterway West Village District Town Center. The development will encompass a state-of-the-art marina, outdoor event venue, as well as future amenities for both commercial and residential plans including exciting new restaurants with both indoor and outdoor dining to offer a world class experience.
