[PANAMA CITY, March 23, 2024] – Eco CleanMarine, a local environmental initiative dedicated to promoting marine conservation, hosted a highly successful trash pick-up event this past weekend at Uncle Ernie’s Parking Lot in Panama City. The event garnered significant community support with eleven enthusiastic volunteers dedicating their time to clean up the area in just one hour.

Led by founder and CEO, Courtney Dombroski, who worked tirelessly for 8 hours, and supported by a dedicated team lead for 7 hours, Eco CleanMarine volunteers filled an impressive 11 five-gallon buckets with trash, contributing to the enhancement of the local environment and marine ecosystem.

The success of the event was further amplified by the generous support of local businesses and organizations. Ace Hardware Panama City generously donated a Garden Gift Basket valued at $60, while Rig & Grinds Coffee contributed Two Bags of Coffee valued at $30, and Glow Float PCB gifted a Kayak Tour valued at $75. These contributions not only encouraged volunteer participation but also served as incentives for ongoing environmental stewardship within the community.

Eco CleanMarine is incredibly grateful for the support and participation of our volunteers and the generosity of our local sponsors, said Courtney Dombroski, founder and CEO of Eco CleanMarine. "Through collective action and community engagement, we can make a tangible difference in preserving our environment for future generations.

The success of this trash pick-up event underscores the importance of community collaboration in environmental conservation efforts. Eco CleanMarine remains committed to organizing similar initiatives in the future and encourages individuals and businesses to join hands in safeguarding our natural resources.
