Fort Walton Beach, FL – March 1, 2025 – Eco Clean Marine is at it again! This past Saturday, our incredible crew of 17 dedicated volunteers rolled up their sleeves, grabbed their buckets, and got to work at Fubar in Fort Walton. In just one hour, we managed to remove a staggering 39 five-gallon buckets of trash from the area—proving that teamwork (and a little determination) can make a massive difference for our oceans and marine life!
What started as a simple beach clean-up quickly turned into a high-energy mission to save the shoreline. From bottle caps to plastic bags and even a few mystery items we won’t dare to describe, our volunteers tackled it all with enthusiasm and a shared passion for protecting our coastal waters.
“The energy was electric! Seeing everyone come together, from first-time volunteers to our seasoned Eco Clean Marine warriors, was truly inspiring,” said Courtney Dombroski, Founder and CEO of Eco Clean Marine. “Every piece of trash removed means a safer environment for marine life and a cleaner community for all of us.”
Fubar provided the perfect backdrop for our efforts, reminding us that our favorite coastal hangouts deserve to stay beautiful and trash-free. Plus, nothing beats the feeling of wrapping up a successful cleanup with the sound of waves crashing and a well-earned high five from fellow eco-warriors.
Eco Clean Marine is committed to keeping our waters clean and raising awareness about marine conservation. If you missed out on this event, don’t worry—there are plenty more chances to get involved!
