Pensacola, FL – July 20, 2025 – This past Saturday, the Eco Clean Marine crew rolled up their sleeves and got to work outside Shaggy’s in Pensacola, proving once again that a small but mighty team can make a big splash for our environment.
Led by a dedicated Team Lead, 13 passionate volunteers gathered with one goal: to clean up our coastline, one bucket at a time. In just one hour, they collected a whopping 25 five-gallon buckets of trash—yes, you read that right. Twenty-five! That’s a whole lot less plastic polluting our waters and a whole lot more pride in our community.
“This kind of effort shows what can happen when people care and come together,” said Courtney Dombroski, Founder and CEO of Eco Clean Marine. “Our volunteers continue to inspire us with their commitment to protecting our beautiful coastlines.”
From bottle caps to forgotten beach toys, the team uncovered just how much trash hides in plain sight. And they didn’t let the summer heat slow them down. With grit, good vibes, and gloves on, they got the job done and left Shaggy’s cleaner than they found it.
Eco Clean Marine extends a huge thank you to all the volunteers who came out. Your time, energy, and dedication help fuel our mission to protect marine life and promote cleaner waterways.
Missed this one? Don’t worry—we’ve got more cleanups ahead. Stay tuned and follow Eco Clean Marine for upcoming events and ways to get involved.
Let’s keep making waves—one bucket at a time.
