Job Description
Supervise Homeowner/Condominium association(s) with responsibility for all budgeting, financial reporting, communication and relationship management with Board.

Providing inspections, quality reports, and accounting work for each association Schedule Board meetings (including agendas), assure timely notices of meetings, and coordinate board elections and related social activities for owners’ weekends.

Attend all Board of Director meetings and maintain a good working relationship with Board members, committee members, and owners. Ensure maintenance of professional financial statements and other financial data required by the Board.

Coordinate with HOA accounting department all requests for annual financial data required by the Board. Prepare with the Board Treasurer and the HOA accounting department the annual operating and reserve budget for Board approval. Work with Board to identify problems and improvements needed promptly.

Communicate with all board members to keep them informed of expenditures and developments. Coordinate required property/equipment inspections to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.

Establish and maintain all contracts such as landscaping and building services, leasing of commercial or common areas. Approve payment to all vendors, projected expenses outlined by the budget. Handle all collection matters and coordinate with the Board if necessary.

Manage all capital projects Handle owners' inquires relative to all matters pertaining to the association.

Education: High School diploma or equivalent required Training requirements (licenses, programs or certificates): May requires Real Estate or Community Association Management licensure in accordance with State/Local requirements.

Knowledge and skills: Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, or possesses good written and oral communication skills) Technical Skills: Experience in MicroSoft Office and Google Docs Job experience: Minimum one years’ experience in Association Management Job Type:

Full-time Pay: From $41,000.00 per year
