Job Description
Beginning Tuesday, January 5, 2021, Riviera Utilities will begin taking applications to fill a job vacancy for Human Resources Superintendent. The requirements for this position are:
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university in Business, Management, Psychology or related field and five (5) years of increasingly responsible work experience in all aspects of human resources (recruiting, testing, hiring, training, policy development, performance management, compensation, and benefits) including at least 2 years’ experience managing other employees in human resource functions, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Special Qualifications:
Possession of or ability to obtain a valid Driver’s License within 60 days of employment.
