In light of the tragedy at Sandy Hook Elementary, new emphasis is being placed on school/workplace violence prevention and planning. This workshop provides insight and updates of current events and a plan to combat Workplace Violence in the future.
There is no single prescription for reducing violence in the workplace. Each organization is unique and operates in a different social, cultural, ethnic and economic environment. When planning workplace safety issues, Firestorm considers an organization's culture, history, size, industry, and workforce. No matter the size of your school, company or organization, you need a plan and employees must be aware of the plan.
Bring your own sack lunch and join us as we walk through the principles of Workplace Violence Prevention Planning and how you can protect your organization from the unthinkable.
