Event Description:
The Bellingrath Home is marking its 80th anniversary in 2016! Join Museum Director Tom McGehee for a closer look at some of the treasures collected by Bessie Bellingrath and the fascinating stories behind them. Prior owners ranged from tea magnate Sir Thomas Lipton to the president of the Studebaker Automobile Company. An optional tour of the Bellingrath Home will follow the program, which is part of our Wonderful Wednesdays series each week in June and July. Visit bellingrath.org for the full schedule.

Bellingrath Gardens and Home, the 65-acre garden and estate home of Walter and Bessie Bellingrath, is located at 12401 Bellingrath Gardens Road in south Mobile County, Alabama.
