I would like to invite you to the Advantage Coastal Alabama investor meeting on Monday, November 5th. As you may be aware, we are working diligently to enhance ACA. Year 4 of the 5-year initiative will soon begin and many of your fellow investors have voiced a desire for program changes that best support the original mission. We will present to you a plan with a narrowed focus, addressing specific workforce and economic development needs, while also employing metrics to measure the positive impact within our community and to our employers. We will also provide more transparency to you with periodic program and financial updates.
Along with your guidance and input, a course is being charted for the success of ACA that best utilizes your investment dollars; ensuring Orange Beach, Gulf Shores and Fort Morgan have the tools in place for sustainable positive growth. Your Coastal Alabama Business Chamber continues to be committed to cutting-edge committee work focused on education, training, conservation, civil and government relations as well as small business support.
I truly look forward to meeting each and every one of you on November 5th as we roll up our sleeves and work together to strategically address the best way to prepare our businesses and communities for future economic prosperity and growth.
