?Ms. Ragsdale?s bluesy vocals work a territory that overlaps folk-rock, pop and laid-back jazz.? -Barry Mazor, The Wall Street Journal.
Suzi Ragsdale has always marched to the beat of a different drum. The daughter of Nashville legend Ray Stevens, one could have guessed from early on that music would be her calling. Blessed with that great musical talent, she pursued her dream to become a great singer songwriter, and has not looked back. She has co-written, sung, and toured with countless legends of the craft including Grammy nominees and winners alike; her father Ray Stevens, Randy Travis, Guy Clark, Darrell Scott, Pam Tillis, Verlon Thompson, Hank Williams Jr., and Tom Paxton just to name a few. Her love for Americana music has brought her all over the world to hone her craft and play with the best.
