$125 per player or $500 for 4 person team. Includes range balls, cart, green fees, lunch, 4 mulligans per player, door prize ticket, putting contest, and hole in one contest.
 
$600 for team and Hole Sponsor. Includes all listed above and a customized sign for hole sponsorship.
 
$150 Hole Sponsor. Customized sign for hole sponsorship.
 
Door prizes awarded and silent auction items at the awards after tournament.
