Turn your home into a warm and inviting Italian village kitchen for you and your guests. Chef Bradley will teach you all the fundamentals of classic Italian cuisine, from making fresh pasta to cooking the perfect risotto and polenta. A flavorful trip through rustic Italy! This is a hands-on class.
