Uptown Foley Halloween Party Thursday, October 27th from 5:30 - 8:30 p.m.
Costume contests for all ages, a cake walk, bounce house, games, treats, face painting, and a drawing for prizes from Stacey's Old Tyme soda fountain.
Concessions will be sold on site to benefit the Boys Scouts and general admission is free.
