Event Description:
The City of Gulf Shores celebrates Baldwin County's 200th Birthday with a 1970's era Time Capsule Opening September 10, 2009 at the Erie Meyer Civic Center.
Event is free and open to the public. Doors open at 6:30 p.m.
Free punch and cookies from 6:30 - 7:00 p.m.
A concert by the Helton's from 7:00 - 8:00 p.m.
Following the concert, the time capsule will be opened.
This PVC pipe capsule is currently on display at the GUlf Shores Museum, 244 West 19th Ave.
