South Baldwin Medical Center - Gulf Shores Urgent Care and Imaging Center will host a FREE Wellness Health Expo on Wednesday, July 11 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
FREE Screenings include: ABI (Peripheral Vascular Disease), Blood pressure, Body mass index, Blood glucose, Bone Density, and Cholesterol.
The FREE Wellness Expo will also feature information about Wound care, Sleep disorders, Medicare Wellness visits, Cardiac rehab, Women's services, Physical therapy, Diagnostic Imaging, Digital Mammography, Healthy Woman Program, Senior Circle Program and Volunteer Services.
Everyone is invited for a day filled with health information and FREE screenings.
