Elf Academy is coming to Downtown OWA! This magical holiday event brings the enchantment of the North Pole to life. Nestled throughout downtown, The Elf Academy offers kids of all ages the chance to learn the whimsical ways of Santa's little helpers, from cookie making to stocking Santa’s toy bag.
