- Perdido Beach Resort, the Alabama Gulf Coast’s premier luxury beachfront hotel, will celebrate Easter by hosting its traditional annual Easter Brunch Buffet on Sunday, April 20th, 2014 from 11:30 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. This year’s grand buffet will feature such delectable Easter fare as grilled pork loin with honey thyme glaze, chicken coq au vin, blacken spiced red fish with lemon caper jus, custom pasta station, and a carving station featuring succulent steamship round with horseradish cream sauce. Also included is a wide array of accompaniments, salads and a chef’s selection of individual cakes, pies and tarts for dessert. The buffet is only $26.95 per adult or $12.95 per child in the Grand Ballroom. For patrons that prefer a more intimate dining experience accented by beachfront views, dine in Voyagers, the Resort’s signature upscale restaurant for just $32.95 per adult and $15.95 per child. As part of the Easter festivities, the Easter Bunny will be stopping by Perdido Beach Resort from 11:30 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. to visit with the children and take photographs. At 12:30 p.m. poolside there will also be an Easter Egg Hunt for the children lead by the Easter Bunny.
