Guest speaker, Pat McGaughey is a nationally known motivational speaker and trainer with a focus on Customer Service and Leadership.  Pat’s presentation on "Customizing Customer Service" will focus on the need to customize every interaction with guests, customers and the general public.  This presentation will support the performance requirements businesses demand to keep customers and guests coming back.  Most important, this will be an interactive and "enter-training" experience where audience members will laugh a little and lean a lot!
 
The topics will include, but not limited to:
   The Top 5 appearances for customer service.
   Negotiationg with good and difficult customers.
   Building self-confidence and self-esteem.
   How to overcome difficult people.
   Customer Service, "What’s in it for me?".
