The cuisine of New Orleans is unique with tantalizing blends of sophisticated Creole cooking tempered with dishes from the rustic Cajun kitchen.  Join Chef-Instructor Bradley to make some dishes representative of the city's gastronomic bounty, inclluding Central Grocery's Muffaletta Sandwich; Emeril's Chicken Andouille Gumbo; Beignets with Chicory Coffee in the style of Cafe du Monde!
