Event Description:
With its cobalt blue skies, bright yellow sunflowers and rows of fragrant lavender, the landscape in this Southwestern region of France is unparalleled.  In this course led by Chef-Instructor Bradley, you will savor both classic and lesser-known dishes found in Provencal cuisine such as Croutons with Carmelized Leeks; Goat Cheese & Herbs; June Vegetable Pistous; Tarragon Green Bean Salad; and Cherry Alomond Tart.  This colorful menu will surely make you feel like you've escaped to the land that Van Gough loved so dearly.
