Event Description:
Get out your bicycle and get geared up for the 4th Annual Kaiser Realty Cycling the Coast for a Cure ride Saturday, April 3rd. Come enjoy the trek through the scenic Gulf State Park Bike Trails and along the beautiful Alabama Gulf Coast beaches to benefit the American Cancer Society?s search for a cure.
Set your own pace on either the 21 mile course or this year?s new 37 mile course. The ride kicks off at Tacky Jacks in Orange Beach with on-site registration from 8:00 ? 8:30 a.m. and the ride itself starting at 9:00 a.m. Registration includes a t-shirt, lunch and one ticket for the raffle of a certificate to win a custom bike!
New for this year, the rider who raises the most money will receive a two-night condominium stay from Kaiser Realty and a gift basket. Cyclists are encouraged to raise $100 for the American Cancer Society, through individual sponsorships and raffle ticket sales, and turn donations in the day of the ride.
The finish line is back at Tacky Jacks for great food, music, prizes and a raffle drawing for various prizes including the $500 gift certificate towards a custom bike from The Bike Shop. Additional raffle tickets are available for $2 each, or 12 for $20, at the Kaiser Realty offices in Gulf Shores.
