The JCMF Annual Professional Rodeo is the primary fundraiser for the Jennifer
Claire Moore Foundation, a nonprofit organization providing training, funding and
support of Peer Helper Programs in Baldwin County. In 22 years, our organization has grown to provide annual training for over 100 teachers and counselors, support over 1,300 Peer Helper students in 49 Peer Helper programs serving Pre-K through 12th grade schools, present the Annual National Peer Program Conference and Peer Helper Jubilee.

The Jennifer Claire Moore Foundation’s Peer Helper Program model is certified
curriculum based upon teaching communication, coping and problem solving
skills in order to equip students with the knowledge and resources to support
their peers through daily issues and life obstacles. Peer Helper Programs
empower students to serve as tutors, mentors, mediators and friends to their
fellow students, supporting them through academic or personal struggles
including bullying prevention, avoiding dropout, leaving destructive relationships,
helping new students adjust and much more.
