Come see a fascinating presentation by Bon Secour Valley Ingredients (BSVI) on how they are transforming local crops like sweet potatoes, carrots, and chicory through dehydration. Find out how they are helping farmers in Baldwin County and encouraging sustainability and environmental stewardship. Come taste some fresh roasted coffee with chicory and other delicious dehydrated foods.

This presentation is sponsored by Fairhope Local Food Production Initiative. It will be Saturday, February 13, at the Homestead Village Ballroom located at 924 Plantation Blvd*. in Fairhope. The doors will open at 1 pm, at 2 pm there will be a 45-60 minute presentation followed by questions and answers, and the opportunity to taste some of their products. A $5 donation at the door is suggested.

*The ballroom is located in a building directly behind (east of) the main building
