Event Description:
The Frederic's Lunch Series is a gourmet, three-course meal prepared and served by students in the Culinary and Hospitality programs on the Gulf Shores Campus; lunches are typically presented once a week on Tuesdays over the course of several weeks during the Fall Semester. Lunch reservations are taken up to one week in advance, and attire is casual. Menus may change based on seasonal availability. There are three seatings available for reservations: 11:30 AM, 12:00 PM and 12:30 PM, with 20 seats available per a seating. (unless otherwise noted below).
